How often should I professionally clean my rug?
Most fine rugs require professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Households with pets, children or heavy foot traffic may need more frequent service.
Do you clean all rug types?
Yes. We service wool, silk, cotton, synthetic blends, hand-knotted rugs, machine-made rugs, modern designs, traditional pieces and delicate antiques.
Can you repair antique or delicate rugs?
Yes. Our repair services include fringe replacement, edge binding, patching and detailed reweaving, all completed with precision and care.
How long does the cleaning process take?
The cleaning timeline varies based on the rug's size, material, age and condition. Most cleanings require several days to complete thorough washing, controlled drying and a final quality inspection.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pick-up and delivery are complimentary across Sarasota and Manatee counties, and we travel a good deal further — south to Venice, Englewood and Punta Gorda, north through Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch, and up into Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. If you are outside that, call us anyway; we cover more than 200 communities and we travel for the right rug.
How do I know which rug is right for my space?
Begin by evaluating room size, furniture placement, lighting and your overall design preferences. Consider how much floor coverage you want, traffic patterns through the space, and whether your rug will serve as the focal point or a supporting element.
How do the complimentary in-home trials work?
Choose the rugs you are considering and we will bring them to your home and lay them out, so you can see how each one looks in your own light and against your own furniture before you decide.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Not Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm — just come in. Sunday and Monday are by appointment.
